Hi guys,
I've bought 2 Evpad 5s one for my house and another one in my Mother in Law House but recently the one at my mother in law house had problem loading (slow speed and keep buffering)

After that, i brought back to my house to test and check and i found out that the one at my house can run at 1mbps to 10mbps but my mother in law one can only run at 100kbps to 300kbps while streaming and both are connected to the same wifi connection and at the same location while testing

anyone know what happen ya?

already updated everything to the latest version

i suspect my evpad is faulty as below right the Ip address and model doesnt appear
