unblock since gen 4 the live channel and vod all same.
only different is hardware spec and the build in bypass tunneling feature which majority malaysia customer dun need them.

They are still usable, no worry. There is always new model from time to time.

They are currently working on new model with added in voice command. However it is still very prelim for this voice command model, release date and broucher still not available.

For international market 3 and 3 Max previously now consolidate to one model 3 Plus.
The new 3 Plus same like 3 Max got an additional VOD apps, 星空.
The new VOD apps is an experimental project with other parties, got a separate cdn and loading very fast.

Nowadays even the cheapest model 3S the hardware spec is good enuf for streaming.
The most important is the streaming source.

If you are into high end spec, there is a high end model with 4GB Ram and 64GB Storage, named EVPAD 3 MAX+.
3 Max+ only official sale in hong kong, you will hardly see it in malaysia.
If you wan the 3 MAX +. i can order from HK HQ but it will take a week to arrive.
3 Max+ everything same as 3 Plus only ram and storage size different.

If you mean streaming for mars VOD slow, it is normal. EVPAD control their cdn spending. If you need vod, get evpad 3 plus or unblock.
If mars live slow, please consult ur seller for troubleshooting. If you buy from me then whatsapp me, will help on troubleshooting.

but warranty claim might be slow as i no plan to keep ready stock. dun foresee much demand.
after receive ur unit then i send back hk then wait them send back.
the best thing i can do for u while waiting is borrow u a lower end model to watch first

EVPAD 3S MY last week got a CDN boost. Although not all show, most popular show got CDN boost. For those CDN with boost u will see a lightning icon at the top left.
If still not satisfy the option left are:

Free solution
1. Compliment with free 3rd party apps like KODI, rss and etc. (the free source could be not stable and time consuming to fix when got issue)

Paid solution
1. Pay for some service like netflix
2. Pay for some iptv service like MYIPTV, KingTV, STARTV and etc
3. Upgrade to EVPAD 3 PLUS with skyvod
4. Get unblock for vod

This is the evpad weakness.
Live tv archieve zero lag but vod they control CDN spending
beside finding other service provider, no other option.

can use no issue.
sometime there may be compatible issue., updated the apps version. worst case is feedback to evpad and wait for rom update

It is all about providing an acceptable product performance at a affordable price.
Some ppl may request for 1080p resolution, however the price go double not everyone will pay.
Only unblock got a very good fix cdn term, however it got live tv weakness.
No box in the market are perfect now.
As time pass, tech cost will go lower, same price the product will be better.

If you cant accept i suggest better dun buy.

To me and majority of my customer evpad offer good value versus price. evpad is improving from time to time
Each brand in the market have their own weaknesses, haih have to carry many brand

When user ask me for recommendation, i will check what customer watch most before recommend model.
Not good to ask ppl buy most expensive model where cheaper model ady cover more that what they need.
For VOD driven user, unblock is a better choice. If willing to take some risk, longtv also not bad.

I do think it is important to kept customer inform on the weakness that is vital to them.

If cant accept the weakness better look for other alternative.

if you look for me before u buy i let u make an informed purchase.

other seller that is not my down line and how u perceive the marketing done by them is not suppose to be a topic i should involve in.

i have been seeming many brand dedicated streaming service dead/non performing over years, those are even worst.

if the product not suit you, you may contact your seller if he/she could provide you an alternative or you can just sell it in used market

evpad is still highly liquidate in used market, given its stable xtro Chinese channel streaming.

u using wifi? lousy router wifi and asus wifi very different.
i personally use powerline, so much better than long distance wifi.
Another one thing u can try is for router site setting use google dns
