use the uninstall features.
at ur desktop, at the bottom there is an icon that looks like recycle bin. that recycle bin is the uninstall.

The coronavirus has caused the manufacturing in shenzhen to stop and logistic to paralyze.
There wont be any stock coming in the near term, hence no promotion price in market until supply chain restore.

i got sell but last unit ady. to be honest 3max+ is not a necessary for those just use to watch streaming.
The 3max+ main target client is for those migrate to US, Australia. when they travel back hong kong they wont buy the cheapest model, they will buy the most high end one as their ticket is not cheap and their pocket is deep.

For second gen u can only use saturn live, different server.
to evpad company the goal is just at least u can watch live and sometime vod.
you cant update to mar, jupiter or venus live.

evpad has long history of insufficient CDN especially during peak hour. u may to trial and error on version of rss player compatible with evpad.
for movie apps maybe you can try https://mbomovie.com/
maybe can try long tv or svicloud. some show are still by default is chinese sub , not aware any box with 100% got english sub.

Evpad own apps doesn't pop up advertistment.
Suspect is due to 3rd party apps that is install on the box.
If you know from which apps you can uninstall the apps.
worst case is u need to perform factory reset and get instruction from evpad customer service or ur seller to install back the streaming apps.

EVPAD currently in the mist of consolidating all their prior gen streaming to one to reduce long term maintenance cost. There is a lot techincal issue lately will need some time to iron it out.
Unfortuntely prior gen user will need to bear with it. Retail will have increase workload to help their customer to perform software update.

factory reset can be done in setting.
if you encounter stuck at evpad logo during boot up, u will need to flash rom.

you will need to contact ur seller to flash rom for u

For rom you can contact evpad customer support. they will share u the rom and the software to flash it.
