QUOTE(CV6149 @ Oct 26 2007, 10:21 AM) Well, after reading the review from jonnyguru and several others, I am concluding that this is one of the best mainstream psu with quad 12v rails. However it is only worth it if you or we (me going get one) purchase the PRO version instead of GT version. We seldom use power supply monitoring software and further it is quite buggy from what I read from review. Aside that, GT and Pro is exactly the same but price much lower. It meet my requirements: blue leds, big quiet fan, quad 12v rails, price below RM400, nice looking, modular, fullt sleeved, n good warranty. Here I come~! |

Yeap..except in bulk thread..no more stock..Im not sure if you can get somewhere else with the price tag..We seldom use power supply monitoring software and further it is quite buggy from what I read from review. Yesterday I change my GC to 7900GS on my SFF pc with a Coolermaster Extreme 380W PSU. Wouldn't boot.
Had to unplug my DVDRW to get it started. Sigh, looks like I need more juice if I wanna get the rig gaming with OC. Whats the comment on the Mushkin modular HP580-AP? The 12V rails claim got 38A, best of all its modular so bette cable management for the SFF pc... |

If u are in tight budget then can get FSP saga, Silverstone, Gigabyte within 450Watt. 38A for 12V rail sure more than enough for mainstream overclocker. Had to unplug my DVDRW to get it started. It should be enough. Only the 8800gts/gtx/ultra/HD2900 needs >600W in crossfire/sli
