Seems like I can't add my niece to the family-list which is only for spouse, sibling, parents, step-parent, grandparents and in-laws. Want to use my Big point to buy air-tickets.

Actually Airasia app allows to add family and friends but AirasiaBig only for family but exclude uncle/aunt/cousins.

What happen if we didnt do anything and our air tickets cancelled by AA lapsed? Do we get the refund into our credit account automatically?

So u did the request refund after departure date. How to complaint to MAVCOM, cos I have been trying to ask for refund via AA live chat but always put on Q and never reach my turn after 12hrs until I go to bed.

I have been waiting for AA live chat for >2 hrs when it estimated waiting time is 1hr 18min. Got a feeling that AA wants our flights lapsed so they can keep the money. Too bad cursing doesnt help.

Is it that we can request for full refund only if we received a notification via sms/email that our flight is cancelled? What about those affected flight without cancellation sms/email?
I also received this notification, so does it mean I can only ask for refund for affected flights mentioned in this table?
I only received cancellation email for 3 out of 5 outstanding flights, all in April. 1 D7 flight in May meet the condition mentioned in the table but another AK flight is not.


Can a flight booked using Bigpoints ask for refund? How will AA treat it, reinstate the points?

The way AA handles in such manner unease the customer and leave them disgruntled, and yet they r voted best budget airline in the world, definately not for customer service.
It took hours just to connect up with AllStar and raised a case for refund by credit and yet the next day case is closed, no email notification of the outcome. ranting.gif vmad.gif mad.gif doh.gif
