Does the Airasia Insurance covers change of flight to a different date due to expired visa?

It happened to me whenever I used a diff email for notification from my username-email during the booking.

I think I called CS or live chat to rectify n it appeared on my booking. Nowadays I always use d same email.

passport not required for booking. Only use it when check in.

Where to get promo codes for Airasia? Can these codes applied on promo flights?

Are there any extra charges for buying the egift vouchers using credit card?
If no, then we can save the processing fee of using creditcard at the payment by using these egift vouchers instead.

If seats in the same booking#, checking in early has better chance of getting adjacent seats.

Probably diff booking number.

Early this morning made 2 wrong bookings.
Suppose to buy JB to KL 3pax afternoon flights to connect with my KL to Melbourne flight at 11pm Dec 2018. Instead chose the one JB to KL that arrives at 10pm total rm280. Was using app.
When I realised the wrong timing I quickly tried to book another set of 3pax this time using PC assuming that I would get refund for double booking. Big mistake again. I chose the reverse sector KL to JB 5pm with same total rm280.
Now I have 2 sets of bookings which I can't use or get refund n I still need to buy a new set of tickets for 3pax.
Cost of changing flight is even higher rm680. CS said no cancellation no refund only hope is write in to appeal but chances slim.
Need some advice, desperate and feeling lousy, TQIA.

Please note the following:
All refund requests must meet the following criteria:
o Both bookings must be for the same date(s), flight sector(s) and destinations (origin and destination)
o Both bookings must have the same guest name list
o Must be submitted before the departure date of your flight.
o We will maintain your first booking (based on the creation date and time) as a confirmed booking. Any approved refund requests will be processed for the 2nd or subsequent booking(s).

However, if you use a different payment method or you accidentally make the same booking after 24 hours it will result in a double booking (two tickets with different reference numbers). If that is the case, please fill up the e-form to request for a refund: in "Case Category" select "Feedback" and in "Type" select "Website Booking/Check-In";. Fill up all mandatory fields marked with an "*". You will need to provide the reference number of both of your bookings.

Yeah notice those T&C but too much money not to try to get back, thanks anyway for your views. The risk of buying online, phew.

If my flight serves 2 meals, supper(after takeoff) and breakfast(b4 touchdown), how to buy meal for breakfast only? When I go to addon meals I cant choose the 2nd meal (breakfast).

I think you can upgrade. Taken fro AA FAQ:
"Pre-book or upgrade your check-in baggage allowance up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time."
