i'm using super+ and my domestic flight is rescheduled and eligible for free change. previously flights no issue to change. but since they changed it to 'Bo', after choosing all the flight details, that robot says "I'm really sorry I can't help you with this right now 😢" and the end.

anybody similar issue or know what to do next? can't seem to find any phone number or emails or live chat to deal with this. crazy.

Has anyone been able to book an AAX flight using their Travel Voucher?

I spent the whole night trying to book but the site keep telling me that my voucher is invalid. Spoke to an agent and they verified that my voucher is valid. They even asked me to try booking using incognito mode, which I did but still getting the same error.

Am out of options...

u applied the code at the front or at the end of the booking?
