I don't have time to do cooking , is it possible that i replace real protein food like meat and vegetables with Protein powders ? Is it healthy or am i adding more chemical substance or artificial food into my body? If there's a good brand of protein powder that won't cause any side effects or harm to the body, what brand will that be. thanks .

i think it's fine. personally i need 150g of protein... if i were to rely solely only whey protein i'd have to make 5/6 protein shakes everyday to satisfy my daily needs. i very much prefer turning on the stove and cook some chicken.

if you don't have time......you should seriously reconsider what you are trying to do with yourself.
if you are really concern about health.......you should consider why you don't have time and what you should do to make time.
because that's the problem that will cause your health to deteriorate in the long run. no point to even talk about substitutes or supplements

How would 'real' protein be different than protein powder? Both are... proteins? And substitute works since TS can't get it from cooking. Bodies dun discriminate in what type the protein comes from, dun it?

QUOTE(win2000 @ Jan 23 2018, 09:41 PM) too many details is needed to answer ur question like are you doing atkins diet?? how much do you weight?? and how is your appetite?? you can take whey protein but not above your limit (based on your weight). because later you'll be having kidney failure like some bodybuilders who didnt read much and chunking down 3 scoop of whey protein a day my weight is 104kg. i take lesser carb now. just dropped weight fr 108 kg . when hunger, i tend to eat more carb. therefore, i need any good recommendation for protein powder as a suppressant.

If your goal is to lose weight, start tracking what you eat. replacing your food with protein powder is not the answer. Protein powder is usually use as a supplement to meet your daily protein intake. If you are not sure how to track what you eat, use apps like myfitnesspal. If you are not sure how much to track, find out what is your rough TDEE, https://www.iifym.com/tdee-calculator/

I used to have the same problem. Now I would keep my food choices simple. If you are cooking your own food, even easier to track as you know exactly how many calories used in each meal. If you are eating outside, try to estimate whenever possible. If you are going for oily food, always over estimate. This is my practise la and so far its working for me.

Anyway, will learn to adjust this new lifestyles.

No one is perfect. But stay at it, remain consistent and you will see results.
