And I wonder how the laundry shops earn money since they have so many dryers which cost users RM5 for 20-25minutes?

Yes, it is convenient to to own a cloth dryer. Maybe it is expensive house appliance, suck more energy etc, but you'll appreciate it oneday.

P.S :Don't be like The Grasshopper in the Cengkerik & Semut fable, k people ✌

P.S.S : 3K-5K smartphone can buy, later less than 1 year buy another new 3K-5K smartphone ady πŸ˜‘ . Dryer can be use for long-term and useful too, but why so berkira-kira mahu beli ?

Yours which model?

Do you know you can fine-tune the drying performance on Bosch dryers?

There are 4 fine levels to choose from.

never knew that.. tongue.gif

will check when i go back there later this year..

usually around the waistband and collar a bit hard to dry..

You cannot presumed that people who said dryers suck do not own a house. People who praised the dryers maybe the people who live in an apartment with limited place to dry clothes.  smile.gif

Who said the dryers won't shrink the clothes. Even drying clothes under the sun also will shrink the clothes but the dryers will shrink them more. It is even warned on original Levi's jean. Shrinking is common on cotton clothing (100% especially) and not on synthetic fabrics. Depends on dryer function but many new dryers tend to be on permanent press mode. Therefore, synthetic clothing and even 80% cotton will not wrinkle. So, may need no ironing. It is the same thing drying under the sun, if you know how.

Hahaha... I do own two landed properties but I don't like hanging my clothes outside. It's just a matter of convenience and I value the very little leisure time I have on weekends.

Perhaps only idiots who don't know to read labels on the clothes will stupidly use wrong setting. But, I hardly wear any cotton T-shirt or denim clothes, so I wouldn't know better. Jersey type material is more comfortable in this kind of weather and will not shrink.

Read carefully what he said. He said 'do not own one at home', NOT 'do not own a home'. Big difference bro.

No where was it mentioned about not owning a home.

Getting married this year so I have decided to get a clothes dryer to ease our house chores. Is it worth it?
I am thinking of a sole dryer because I already bought a washing machine. House still in midst of renovation.

*Yes I just read about the guy who got famous because he bought a dryer for his wife

*How about gas clothes dryer?
