It is depends on your course. Hence internship experience may not be the same since you are taking bachelor English for professional.

Does anyone know usually how long will it take for Genting HR to phone for interview after we applied for the job at jobstreet?

I feel that my qualification and working experience is quite suitable as the candidate that they are looking for (from what i see in the job advertisement). Has applied for the job since last Friday but still no phone call from them. Hope that i can get the phone call soon.

Nope. The "Casino Analyst, Assistant Manager" that i saw they advertising now. I have 2.5 years other analytical working experience with Statistics degree. That is why i said i feel that i am a suitable candidate. So wondering whether how long usually will it takes to phone people for interview.

working for front desk office position
for fresh graduate, if you're using your degree to enter the right field, then it's rm2k + the X amount of %(depending on how much $ people have spent in genting)

if with no experience + no cert, then your pay should be around rm1.6k + the X amount of %(depending on how much $ people have spent in genting). Usually you should be getting RM1.8K ++

if you're lucky, you my get allowance of RM800

If people deserve praise then give it. They will get the motivation to continue. It does not cost you a lot. Just time to put thing down in words and it is more meaningful than keyboard waring.

I got a friend who phoned to ask Genting HR about his job application. After my friend said he wants to check his job application, the HR said "wait ar..." then the HR hang up the phone (HR do not even know what my friend's name is and they just directly hang up the phone). My friend thought that the HR might have accidentaly hang up the phone then he tried to phone again. Tried 3 times and 3 times also similar "wait ar..." then hang up the phone.

If there is a way to complain Genting HR, i guess many people would like to do so. The HR can just tell my friend politely whether how is the progress of the application but they end up doing something irritating (i.e. just say "wait ar", sounds like want to help my friend to check but hang up the phone after that).
