Hey guys, just a quick question:

I hate my current job, but I love to work at Genting because I've met a lot of new friends.

Anybody tried transferring to another department before? My manager said something about getting the signature from the second department's manager before the transfer is approved.

Any other ways besides that?

Anyone know about the incentive for GSA? and how much per hour for OT?
i went to genting to apply deployment supervisor from last week,if i get approved by the interviewer,i felt that its not worth if i not work for very long, sumor salary is very low if compare to others post,so can i just apply for other position once i haven report to HR? my fren told me i need to resign or reject their request. ><" i m not sure for this. can you guys tell me how should i do. sad.gif

SLSJ, u now start work in GHR? work as GSA? It is very true that when work in GHR must keep their record as good as possible if they want to come back to work again in future, best to avoid absent and even lateness bcoz GHR is very very particular in this. Good news for those who wish to apply for GSA, there are a lot of vacancy for GSA now. What I can say is GSA promise at least 2500 per month after + OT and - EPF & SOCSO

Forgive me for (partially) resurrecting this thread.Would like to know if having sweating palms would stop me from being hired as a croupier(since it's mentioned a few times on this thread but the recruitment ad does not specifically states this). Also is it expected to have a high level of manual dexterity?Cause I do not seem to have nimble fingers. sad.gif

Yes, having sweaty palms will disqualify you from working as a croupier. The reason for this is croupiers are required to distribute playing cards at the gaming table, and when these cards become soil with sweat, it will become sticky afftecting the seamlessness of card distribution. This will also affect customer service, as customers will likely complain when receiving 'wet' cards.

Nevertheless, there are still many other roles available up at GHR:
- Casino: Croupier, Guest Service Assistant, Casino Technician, Slot Assistant, Cage Cashier
- Hotel: Club Assistant/Sr Club Assistant, Waiter/Waitress, Commis II/I, Asst Cook/Cook
- Others: Boilerman, Drivers (Limo & Bus), F&B Cashier, Theme Park Assistant, Theme Park Technician

There are other positions here:

Can anyone tell me,how if someone did break the rule, would ROI give them a warning letter or fired them?
because its a small case i think. its not serious like play cheating and theft case.
how if they were sharing a same ID card, get caught when they're passed by the ID'Scanner Machine.they just want to go out to have a tea with friends.
is these situation consider serious case? i scared they would be fired by genting, and they record will be spoil as well.
for sure it will bring alot inconvenient to them,if ROI reli take action on them. sad.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif
Please reply me as soon as possible. i m worrying on them.
