Yeah... the FPP in Putrajaya is open.. funny thing was... I went to the hospital on the weekend (Saturday) and was advised that you need to register via phone... only way.. and they asked my wife to go back and call again on Monday..

And for the life of me.. we cant seem to get through their phone... nobody ever picks up..

Apparently their "appointment" booking time is between 2-4pm.. so try calling at that interval

Good news for me. Today manage to go over and got my booking... My wife EDD is on July 2020.. actually the FPP for next month already full.. Because before MCO I already got appointment with Dr. Hazim and due to MCO I can't contact them

So after talk to the nurse, they decided to let me in for the FPP ✌️✌️.

My wife EDD December. Went putrajaya, was told december full. Only open for Jan. Called Sg Buloh, available. But only accept those staying around Sg. Buloh due to covid. Advise to contact my nearest hospital, but the nearest to me doesnt have FPP.

Hi all. i would like to ask a question.

If i go for FPP and assuming i can get a single room in Putrajaya, do they allow me to bring my 3 years old kid and stay overnight there?

nowadays government hospitals have been very strict after Covid, even husband are not allowed. you may try your luck to ask them but I'm doubt that they will allow.

Thanks. That is what I thought as well.

Our initial plan was to go for private (those smaller ones). However, the doctor said today that the placenta is a bit low so may have complication. It is advisable to go for government hospital.

Anyway, thanks for your comments.

hi. my wife has discharged.

in my view, no point to go for single bedded room. during this mco period, no visitor is allowed. my wife stayed there for one month plus, the room charges about 2100 (60 per day for 4 bedded room).

my son also admitted to NICU for about a week, it costs 130+.

to be fair to the nurse, they handle many babies in one go. don't expect 100% attention from the nurse. your wife has to take care herself.

My experience with my twins deliver in Putrajaya. Wife stay in single room but the nurse will help quite a bit. The practice of government hospital is to let mother care of the baby more is not that the nurse is too busy

Just a bit disappointed with this FPP scheme. The aim is to compete with private but the service is far below. Our appointment is at 11 am, close to 1.30 pm only we were called. This is almost on par with normal visit as a free pt.

Toilet is dirty, lock is broken. No parking. We came in early at 10am but were told to stay outside like normal pt and no area for waiting (only half an hour before appointment can go in).

We went to private previously and was told to go to fpp as this is a high risk pregnancy. I hope services will be better in future so ppl choose gov services more

I delivered my girl on Sep 2020 at Putrajaya. I'm not under FPP, just walk in and so lucky i got a single room. The doctor and nurse are good enough and kind.
This is single room with private toilet

Putrajaya did provide Epidural, RM300 if I'm not mistaken. You may request when u admit.
I deliver Sep 2020, husband not allowed to accompany, he can only wait at the hospital entrance.
Nurse will bring the baby for daddy viewing after delivered.
