No idea what goes wrong.
Tagging doesn't seem to be forwarded properly.

After turning off the tv box, it works like charm...out of nowhere Thanks.

However, if oneday hypptv support 4k hdr streaming, itll be lag as hell, haha since my ciplak homeplug only up to 200Mbps.
Btw, does hypptv content come in 1080p resolution? Also, what is the LAN max speed of huawei ec6105v5?

4K = unlikely. The box only supports up to L4.1 for H264.

Some Hypptv contents come with 1080i. No idea why content providers choose interlacing.
The box supports 1080p output.

Unsure about LAN speed for silver ec6105v5, but the latest white box decoder only has 10/100Mbps port. dry.gif

Hey there, I got a quick question. It is possible to connect the HyppTV through the bridged router VLAN port?

My Current Setup:
Main router - D-Link DIR-895L AC5300 *Second Floor
Bridged router (Using WDS via 5 Ghz) - TP-Link C1200 (C1200v1_eu-up-1.1.3 Build 20180502) *First Floor

U try it out yourself 1st, then only report here, haha.

Rule of thumb of slave routers[AP or Repeater]
1) Switch off the dhcp and also
2) dont dial pppoe, turn off if any,
3) then select bridge/AP/wds mode if any

*2 & 3 u usually dont have to configure separately, they work in triggger fashion, activate 2) pppoe and 3) will be disabled automatically vice versa.

Hey, I've already did all the steps you suggested, but still no luck on setting up. Other than powerline / homeplug adapter, I think connecting the router B to the main router's vlan via RJ45, then connect the HyppTV to the WiFi of the router B should work, but that will required too many routers to start with.

All of the firmware support 500Mbps via cable as long as NAT Boost is enabled.

Anyone able to WDS bridging via 5GHz?
After flashing EU, can flash back to TIME firmware?

Thanks.

When u wds 2 routers, did u conduct the "test network connection"? Which steps out of 7 failed? Maybe we can reverse engineer from there..

Thanks bro.

Which one is more better?
36 or 48?

I don't have 5GHz phone to test which channel is the best.

Thanks.
