Strange, I haven't encounter random reboot with the official firmware. It has been 6 days since I installed it. hmm.gif

Those who still have the auto reboot issue.. do you use the C1200 as your main router(gateway) or just an additional access point?

the router did perform well via ethernet. but when comes to wifi... urghhhh. trust me. the beta firmware was way better when it comes to wifi. But, it is easy to express our opinion and we are not in the same shoe as tplink engineers. atleast, i praise for their duty for solving this issue.

TP-Link is good with their high-end products. I am using the C3150 v2 and it has been rock solid reliable, and I believe the C5400 v2 is good as well. But, I understand your reluctance in buying another TP-Link product. Then, go for Asus.

TP-Link has good products. I used to loved them. But no more custom firmware.

But with asus, there are many custom firmware.

Would suggest you try D-Link products instead as they are the only ones that are working for the VDSL connections at the moment. See here for two models, I recommend the first link:

1) https://www.lazada.com.my/d-link-ac1200-2x9...54c9idRNle&mp=1

2) https://www.lazada.com.my/latest-d-link-3x9...54c9idRNle&mp=1

Well, mine auto reboot just now.

8 days plus.

Better than original firmware which reboot many times within one day.
