For those using 8, 8 plus and X. The best time to change is December. I hope it will still be rm129

Do you know if there is any condition attached to the Apple's offer? Some say users are only eligible for the offer if the phone battery has degraded beyond certain condition. It's unclear what that condition may be.

Not sure. Perhaps someone can share their info. But I don't see why not, as this year when the new iPhone is release, apple will surely throttle the 8 and X.

i don't think so, its a replacement program entitled for any iphone 6 and above.... and since you're paying it, so you can change regardless of the condition..

the only condition i’m aware of currently is the iPhone must be able to boot up properly and working. This is what I got from the APR.

at Apple Store Sg now. Latest duration for battery replacement is 2hrs, collect on the spot. You have to make an appointment online first. They perform a diagnosis test before proceed.

So if the diagnostics test shows that your battery health is still good does that mean they can decline to change?

Not unexpected. You'll have to give it sometime before the instructions are filtered down.

Spoken with an Apple Genius. They will still get it replace. No question ask here at Apple Store Sg. The volume is huge, lots and lots of ppl are coming in, even those with iPhone 7.
S$38 flat.
