Yes bro, thanks for your reply.. my understanding is if it's full array backlight there will be more zone that the tv can control it's dimming where the TV are able to set the number of zones to dim as they will have a lot of LED light at the back, while edge lit when they perform local dimming it will be only on the edge since the LED backllight only available along the edge of the tv pointing to the centre. link below explained the way i understand.

you're mostly welcomed bro. OK, glad you got that the meaning correctly already but having said that just because a TV have full array backlight doesn't necessarily have Full Array Local Dimming function as well. Just so you got it completely.

Good price indeed as I'm sure they know Senheng/SenQ is selling it at Rm4188, but without the 3 years extended warranty

all senheng shops will have it.

if rm4188 has 2+3 year warranty as someone just said... that's better than the the last deal i saw.

which was 4188 +518 for the extra 3 yr warranty.

maybe no more free cctv... just the keyboard+mouse?

the promo was supposed to end on feb 4, but extended to feb 28.

the info is after promo, price will revert to rm4799, std warranty.

i am so late to notice this topic. i just bought from harvey norman for LC60UA6500X.
RM45xx, Then add on RM6xx for extended 3 years warranty.
with further discount somemore, the end price i am paying was below Rm5100.
Free a Sharp Apple design Rice cooker.
and PWP rm30 for Belkin 4 socket plug (worth RM99)

BTW, the total price i mentioned is included the RM30 for plug ady.

for those asking about the comparisons between LC60UA6500X (NON ANDROID VERSION) and LC60UE630X, I decided to buy after using the same 4k source to play side by side. its clearly the color and texture had been improved compared 630x.

I do compared with panasonic & lg (forgot the model no) that within the same price range. its clearly sharp produce the color better, however, when i view the same video on SOny, sony had better in everything but with higher price tag.

i heard the units is limited... because of the panel made in Japan and cheap price.... but i am not sure...
but TBM selling it in 11street seems a better deal compared harvey norman.

Which Sony model was that? X7000E / X8500E?
The limited panels are salesman BS talk pulled out of their arses. Based on info in this thread, ESH is selling the 6800X for RM4188 with 5 years warranty. So that's the best offer at the moment but not to worry, just enjoy the tv you bought.

HN is a good place to view but seldom a place for best prices.

sorry to hear yr case... u could have gotten the 6800x for that price or even lower.

and, good to hear u say the 6500x PQ is superior to 630x - that's what i thought too.

Hey guys,

After using the tv for a week, I noticed when playing youtube videos, every now and then the video pauses for a spilt second but not the sound. Like it skipped a frame. Any idea why? It even happens when I am watching movies through hypptv but have not noticed it when I playback through my android box.
