Anyone had experienced claiming warranty for iphone x or any device; i want to ask how long the warranty time will be? Can get 1 to 1 exchange to new unit? As i just bought my phone yesterday night.

My screen got problem where theres colder gradient color at whole right side area near the bezel. Seems like my ipx produce uneven color gradient screen. Thanks in advance.

contact apple care hotline and tell them your problem, if you are lucky they will send you brand new sealed replacement.

My iPhone X ordered from Lazada was out of delivery this morning but due my area is KL. I guess only can get i by tomorrow. :-(
