Skylake will be vped soon, so see how the workmanship go on. Every project have defect one. Can be solved or can't only. Exsim, berjaya, uem , OSK, oso have same problem. The matter is how aggressive and fast developer manage owner problem. Keep saying developer not good, is not matter for developer to sell off the project , like MahSing, m vertica sales is the greatest among M series and m series project selling well. 1000 units, 100 units have defect is small matter la, defect can repair what. Aiyo, don't be too negative la. Which developer can guarantee 100% no defect workmanship when handover? Chill out 🤗🤗😆😆😆 laksa.kedah, yapjj_1214, and 1 other liked this post

Booking is 2k , first draw down prob middle 2019. Dunno how this property matches up to the already dense area. Furthermore the only luxury ref project the developer has is D Island in Puchong. Arghhhh, decisions decisions.... |
