If u choose for cash back with 90% loan margin, then 5% will give u after vp, otherwise if your loan approve 85% ,can be offset on stage 2a

3 is technology park, phase 2 and 3. Future we all don't know, but bintang for own stay, I personally think is very suitable,comfortable and matured greenery area surrounded by landed houses ,who care so much about pp1am and LTAT, most important is conveniently go pavilion 2 and surrounding amenities 😍😍

1009sqft for 3rooms2baths, wide living,dining,kitchen and yard area, lowest entry at bukit jalil, mahu minta apa lagi , life once a lifetime, most important is comfortable living. After installment+maintenance,still can have saving for travel every year,macam ini kan bagus? Nowadays condo layout, living room so small, friend gathering so damn pack . Bintang living room still acceptable, quite wide, if affordable , can go for 1209sqft,lagi wide

Different tenants crowded, this can consider as ppA1m lo, block b is for government servant, and block A is open for public. For me, will not effected the rental market, just see how u manage your unit, as i got a condo at wangsa maju, beside is rumahwip,rental around 1600, i oso can get higher rental 2800 for 3 bedrooms by hostel renting

My condo nearby wangsa walk mall there, i rent it to those work at KL, not student la, ya,i do partitioning at living room , i get 2800, but i think agent add up rental getting higher rental for my unit .

First at all, this development is under ppam development, demand from government servant is not much,and ppam development comes with term n condition , so developer decide open for public , and will remove the ppa1m wording from this development, ppam only 610 units, open for public 750units, once the unit open for public is more than ppam, do u think it would still be ppam development? 😊😊

Okay, simple. This project is mercu jalil residence ,is not ppam anymore, easy and simple. What i mean is LAST TIME, block b is ppam, now no matter is block a or block b , is mercu jalil residence, ppa1m word will be removed from this development
