Public Price is 414k after rebate, bla bla bla.

Even ppam word removed, still need to follow the term and conditions stated on spa when purchased, can't sell within ten years, can rent but can't stamping tenancy, different ma, last time government got subsidy ma. Overall still have market for mercu, investment, i think okay de, let say 1000sqft, partitioning 1 more room to 4 bedrooms, perhead 300,perday 10, rental can get 2100 le for 7 tenants,huat ar...

Think the land opposite Residensi Bintang is owned by Tzu Chi but not really sure what is going to get built there.
In terms of view, I think it's fine since Residensi Bintang blocks are not directly facing this patch of land. But one part of the blocks are directly facing Mercu Jalil though. sweat.gif

Is this project right the agent ads on internet stating only 0.10 per sqft for maintenance fees?

Not sure this info still valid or not:


Phase 1: 50-storey (612 units)
Phase 2: 47-storey (730 units)

PPA1M A: 46-storey (680 units)
PPA1M B: 46-storey (680 units)

I think the another land that owned by Tzu Chi is the land behind their international school, not this piece though. Not sure haha
and opposite mercu jalil is a school reserve land also.
