 OTM Capital scam or not?, Opinion?

Agree that investment = risk...
(1) The 'investment' that I agreed to initially was 5% ROI monthly, then upon maturation at 18months- return of capital
- THIS DID NOT HAPPEN IN THE END! Thus OTM Capital is indeed a negative value investment

(2) Upon converting the fund to OTM Trust - which was NOT BY CHOICE - the units were not sellable.
How is it that a trust fund is able to appreciate in 'sell price' value (refer to my earlier post) - but this is not reflected during transaction to sell out the unit
And this bring to, is there any value these unit?
Answer : nil - thus OTM Trust is indeed a negative value investment

You were lucky to have an your agent alerted you earlier... Perhaps, you are close to them
As I mentioned, I know Dr T**** personally (13 years to be exact).. I was hoping that I was in ur situation, but that did not happen.
Nov 2018 - withdrawal was stuck.
May 2019 - only was told no choice to convert everything to OTM trust
Agree I wasn't pushy & did not pester him, but I was expecting the 'friend' would be more helpful & alert me of my choices
Event when I went to meet him in May 2019, he told his assistant - the famous JezzXXXXe in the forum - to explain to me - in which she did her job poorly
So overall, the investment representative couldn't care less about their client/ friend

My intention is to highlight how OTM Capital/ OTM Trust is certainly a NO NO investment. And anything that is promoted by this team is HAS NO HOPE at all!

what are the more things that you plan to do? yea basically Dr T is just a scumbag. and based on what i see on your picture, selling it at lesser than $0.1 (which is the starting price of their BS trust unit). i once asked my Dr T who the trustee is since it is a 'unit trust' alike thingy. he cant answer me on that.

From what i read , he s definitely a total 100% scumbag . 13 years of friendship cant defeat the temptations of money . Seems like he dosent appreciate this friendship . When problem arise why he dont explain himself since u said he s the mastermind of this ? He thought that he could settle by pushing his so called assistant to answer for him then he just hide himself . Dosent treat the whole thing seriously . At least u learnt a lesson . I hope his marketers see his true colour one day later . Just stay away from him and his team .

Don't make me regret my decision to sell at $0.065 sweat.gif sweat.gif

But that time really needed money la haha.. I also sold off my guitar, old phone doh.gif Now I still have some units left so my agent ask me to wait first, no rush to sell.. see how lor in next few months

TOTALLY agree that business that rely on agent to do customer service, the agent is 100% important to the image & reputation of the business.

Last time I was Allianz customer, with this agent name Mr. D. I got into one accident and wanted to claim insurance, and this agent useless AF! Delay this and that and finally didn't get to claim RM0.01!

After that I change to Prudential. This new agent very helpful (younger fellow), alwys follow up everything nicely for me.

P.S. IM NEVER GOING BACK TO ALLIANZ!!!

So agent very important. but sometimes you really don't know in the beginning, they just want sales so will be very good but after sales service like crap

property agent helped me rent out my property... after get client she disappeared.. cannot contact her at all after tenant paid... so I have to talk to the tenant myself, show her the place, setup TNB etc, move...

doesn't sound so bad? The tenant was Thai sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif cannot speak one word of eng or malay rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

anyone else have bad agents?

Company change policy very common, our government also change oledi what. then set new rulez, cannot smoke in public la, cannot do this cannot do that. non-smokers sure happy lor restaurants no more smoke, then smokers sure dulan (me)! Any change will make one side happy, one side happy. you cannot make everyone happy de la in this live

hi all sifu.. i need help in selling the units in otmtrust.. what unit should i put in order to be able to sell? i have been trying to sell the units since last year and the transaction got cancelled automatically.. :''(

While everybody are trying to cashout and no new people joining in, it is starting to crumble and collapse. The symptoms is increasingly obvious now with all these pro OTM agents gone silent, getting job elsewhere or MIA.

well i do know i'm not the only one not able to sell. i just want to try luck and see if anyone able to sell the units with success before and what amount to put.

Though luck knowing someone you trusted for so many years, ended up scamming you of your hard-earned money. You are not alone thou. Many like you have invested a lot more, don't even know what happened or who to take action with. Sad right?

You are right. It might already collapse since last year when OTM Capital does not release funds and forced everyone to convert into OTM Trust (an empty shell / rigged / manipulated system).

OTM Trade is a refined version of OTM Capital's failure. They are still actively promoting in China and SEA, pulling in waves of Chinese investors. Although they claim to have licenses in Indonesia, most likely just an empty shell.
