I received my 3rd ping this morning in hp block from a father and son from sudan at holiday villa to go sunway monash residence. They have 2 big luggages and half way through at the ss13 roundabout, the son asked me to turn back as he forgot something. I told him cannot as I need to follow the set destination... told him to request again when they reach there and they agreed. So when reached there I pressed drop off and asked them to request again. I was hoping that the request would go to other crabber... who knows kena me again as my 4th trip of that block. not sure if it would affect my incentive or not for picking up the same rider in the same hp block. I sent them back again to monash residence after they picked up something from the hotel, but this time side deal.

3 weeks ago i picked up a same rider from the same pick up point to the same drop off location almost the same time 2 days in a row. The 3rd time was 3 days ago but i just ignored the ping. So far nothing happened to me but today one was a bit worried as he request the ride in my car.

yes, both days I started my drive from home and he was going to the office. he was was 2km away from my home... so i guess it was a safe distance.

This morning at sunway monash and received a ping to pick up at lrt glenmarie which is about 7km away. Accepted the ping and call rider the eta about 17mins. Rider couldn't wait so she cancelled. Then another ping came in, to pick up at villaria condo, 10km away. Rider immediately cancelled.

These 2 days damn far pickup... did 24 trips today and yesterday but cancelled 12... half by pax and hald dax. now the CR is 13.9%. in order to save my hg incentive, i just accept and cancel immediately. some riders saw the long eta they cancelled themselves.

Since you are already online 30 mins in the 2pm block, you should die die go to look for another 1 or 2 short trips. example if RM 5 x 2 =RM 10, you will be paid RM 20 incentives for the 2pm HP block... so it will not be wasted for the 2pm block.

I called them regarding the limit of last 10 jobs reporting last week and was told their technical team aware of this and they are still working on it .

Regarding the b2b, I don't slide offline whenever I'm in not peak hour/area. But in KL i will slide online only when dropping the passenger as the ping would come in too early before dropping the first passenger... sometimes 10 mins before dropping the passenger... and you may take another 10 mins to reach the next rider though it may be a short distance away. It would affect your DR if they are waiting too long.

If you have decided to do flexi on that day, you should be selective on the ping you accept...only accept those high fare trip and ignore all ikan bilis trip. You don't have to bother about the daily ar but you have to becareful on your weekly ar for not dropping below 30%

Myself would switch to flexi immediately once i ignore 4 pings and above. Usually i would not do more than 16 trips a day. Once 4 pings are ignored, i would be very selective on pings...sometimes i would just let the daily ar drop even less than 10%.

how many trip, how many hour and how much?

you don't see where you are heading until you pick up your rider and you don't know the fare until you drop off the passenger... you can't see the pick up address but only the estimated distance and won't know which direction you are heading until you accept the job....this was what made me switch to grab but not sure if they have changed.

If you are not hg yet, why you sapu all the RM5 trips? just choose the high fare one la. your current AR just need to be 30% min... so a lot of bullets to ignore low fare one.

It's not the app that he needs to get used to but mindset... as uber you need a certain amount of trips in order to hit the targeted incentives... so you sapu everything but not in the case of grab.

you can't set sd to klia/mitsui anymore. but you still can set somewhere or kampung near klia as your destination.

how tense was the situation? rider scolded you?
