Is there anyone who are senior/full time in doing grab and know how to make great income in Klang Valley area?
I was thinking to join but there are a lot of mixed feelings about this. Please do reply me.

Nop ,passenger complaint about I ask him to cancel a klia trip , I need to attend the shitty class to unlock end of story , bad luck today I got 3 airport trip already cancel 2 by myself and the last one meet a dick head

The trainer told the class cancellation fee will be implement during this year December , and passenger need bank account and Facebook to create passenger account

grab must tanggungjawab for the klia toll la why must put sign everywhere 65 but toll different. next time letak la 65ringit toll asing kan senang 😡

There is always a lag between toggling to unavailable and the system actually acknowledging it.

If I decide I will take a break after a job, I will set unavailable as soon as I pick up the rider.

Most of the time I just don't give a shit. Many times ppl put the wrong location, or don't tell me their block I will just wait there till they call.

Wrong location = "This is the location you put and I am exactly there. Sorry, I don't know where you are and I am not going in circles to find you." Normally they will ask me to wait they walk or they will just cancel.

Going into Condominiums = If they tell me the block in advance I will go in and do a service for them. If it rains, I will do a service for them. But when I click I am here and they give me a block, I will just say, "Oh, I thought you are at the guard house because you said nothing. Sorry, I am waiting by the street and I am not going to turn back. Either you come out or try another Grab."

Most of the time they will come into the car feeling abit paiseh (cause the egotistic ones would have already cancelled to get a new car). I just explain to them the difficulty if you don't tell me in advance or if you mark the wrong location because most streets are 1 way and I will have to go one round to find you. Worse is that what if you are not even there?

Normally for me if rider did not inform, reach guardhouse, press "i'm here"

call rider, if pick up and let me know block no. then i proceed to enter

call rider, if no pick up then i'll wait outside and wait for 5 mins then cancel. No hesitation for knn rider who take their own sweet time who is late. Normally middle eastern and mapren is the one who appear late.

Speaking of my rating, lately also drop 0.01 per day, i don't care anymore since i suspect some giving 3/4 stars.

Honestly no, and if they do, I wouldn't bother because I am confident that I would make it up with the service I give to my other customers. You only ever need 4.80. Anything above that is irrelevant. You will still appear as 5 stars to the rider regardless.

The only time my rating ever drop is when I do massive cancellation. That can cut 0.05 rating off in one day. But normally its easy to get it back up again.

Out of 10 customers, statistically, there are 2 good, 2 bad and the rest is average. The faster you get rid of the bad ones, the faster you will reach average to good. But if you cling on to the bad ones, you might miss your chance with the good ones.

I have been telling customers that stay in condos esp in Sunway area that the service is until the guardhouse unless stated otherwise on the map. They will always say dumb stories like "Always I ride like that, no problem". I will just tell them they are lucky that the drivers don't know or don't care but let's be fair, the point where you put is nearer to the point of drop off. Don't you think you are being dishonest by putting it like this? Some customer would argue with me about its an app issue, but most will be paiseh and just step out of the car and walk. Next day, my rating remains the same.

luckily i was driving around KL area, surge is about 150% but the traffic is horrible.

No, i think it is 100m or maybe lesser, i tried at Setia Sky residence guardhouse and the rider tag at setia sky block D, which is about 150m away, i press i'm here then it prompt me msg like "U are not at the correct location". So i guess the radius was 50m or 100m, back then they launch this they limit until 10-20m only, making me headache when cancellation occur.

And customer no show and other cancellation which doesn't affect CR only can use up to 10 times only.
