Is anyone having cash out problem?? Don’t know why I have this problem since yesterday. The crap app doesn’t deduct the amount that I transfer from cash wallet. And their helpless support can’t even offer a solution but only thank you for your patience. 😡😡

Today cancel a airport trip during the MP block. Some time feel like want to send them the message before cancel “Good try!! Pls try again “. Like someone ask you send them to airport with Crap price. No need deduct commission. I’ll show them my middle finger.

Since crap support always reply driver with standard reply which mostly copy n paste. My standard reply to crap support help experience is as below:

The request still come in after off line. And it’s a long trip some more at mp block last five minutes. Crap really try his best to lift the driver Cr!! Next time really has to kill app for safety.

Rider is never bothered the driver situation when they are late to lobby. They don’t bothered the guard chase the driver away from lobby. They just bother when they are at the lobby, driver have to be here. They will call the driver if they can’t see the driver. When driver tell them the situation that the driver encountered, they just ask the the driver so... you don’t want my business lah... so... I just answer keep your dollars pls....

But if you cling on to the bad ones, you might miss your chance with the good ones. Fking agree.
