Crap expect u can complete by 16mins (RM8.80 / 0.55), fact is due to several traffic lights junction, how can reach within 16mins?

All i can say is, they solve the problem by half only, the another half still hanging there, tell me how to convince driver to enter busy area after this.

It's started. Riders are starting to complain now. Asking why the rates are higher now, even non peak and the worst they claimed they have to wait longer time to get driver. Some claimed more than 30 minutes

During Peak hours it is. I got pings for 1-3KM for RM 7-13 from 6pm onwards. Grab is not only playing with us, riders are included to save cost on time booster.

I had one which was 1.2km and customer paid RM 10. The road was jam so after I calculated the incentive for time booster, I realize that they let riders pay. Its good for them though, normally its only RM 5 and with time booster maybe plus RM5 losing RM 4 to pay incentive. If rider pay, they gain RM 2 without having to lose anything!

One sifu tried maximum 1 hour lock after 10th ignore😂🤣

kena pickup GS on KL gateway, i was on the opposite road, need do u turn. Waze show pickup time 15 minutes. Surprisingly the fare is freaking RM 7 and not even TBB. Straight cancel then kena 1 more GS RM 10 at the same location, also no TBB and pickup time 17 minutes. WTH crap. good thing rider cancel and i got cancellation fee  . Later kena 1 more GS RM 22 for 20km at UM. again rider cancel. later sure kena love letter again said GS cancellation is high like before. btw GS got TBB or not? i forgot ler. only know about cashback one.

Yes GS got TBB. Its happened to me before.
My rule of thumb is nett = 50% gross on the bad day. I always assumed everyday is a bad day So since HG no more, everyday is a bad day haha.

Dont think Grab is charing or penalise the rider those RM3 cancellation fees. Is out of their own pocket. So dont think this will last long.

Why would crap bother as long as there are enough s*cker drivers to accept klia trips. It's the most profitable route and cash cow to crappy company. Driver's cost & time is none of their problem. Pure profits, no need to pay incentive.. Multiply that by at least 5000 times per day, you also will do the same thing.
