Did you guys keep encounter passengers no show or cancel when you almost reach pick up point? Yesterday really hit my boiling limit. 3 no show, 4 cancelled when almost reach PUP. I have report all of them under passengers didn't pay. Don't care anymore, I will keep report all this fake booking. Received email from grab CS not sure if they really will take action against them.

Received email action already been taken to those fake booking rider account.

Mostly my PUP is 3-4km. Can't always ignore.

3-4km is my normal PUP. If REALLY REALLY lucky once a while I'll get 2km PUP. Not yet mention those 5-6km.. AND mostly is below RM10 I tell u, then will get 1-2 rm20 job in between! WTF this crapcar.

After report to CS my rating is drop.

Ping in rm7 drop off become rm6. Why they want do like this? After complaint to CS my DR dropping. Really crapcar!

Not happened once but few times already and yes, that 5 sec rule really suck! Missed before that time I driving want turn into some junction.

I think I just kena cheated on my online hour. I didn't offline but it show I only online 55mins. Anyone encounter same problem?

Already report to grab CS? I checked my yesterday incentive also like minus a bit. Not sure what trick they wanna do again this time.

Did you guys always keep received fake booking? Cancel non stop or no show after arrive at PUP. I suspect most of this is doing by grab driver themselves.

It's proven that if you make a complaint, DR will drop. Crapcar really didn't concern about driver at all. What they want is no complaints from you, make more money for them. You die you punya hal. Past 2 weeks my DR no increase even though most of my passengers say will give me 5 star. 😀 Received email state 91% is rate 5 star but DR remain. Last week make complaints to CS my DR dropping. Today did the same things and my DR is - 0.01.

U call or complaint via link? Remember last time got few grab driver also said DR drop after make complaints so I try it again yesterday.

I complaint via passengers didn't pay/wasn't credit for a trip after being so frustrated with the long fake booking order. Don't know where else to complaints.

Happened to me since 3 week's ago.. and crap also slowly minus AR - 0.01-0.02 every week after didn't get much income for them like before. They want remove our incentive slowly

Curious how many fake booking or rider no show you guy's received per day? Mine average is 4-9. Record is 12. On the bright side is these axxhoxx help improve my AR/CR. 😀
