It happen often in the past, but crap did not tackle this issue seriously or issue a clear guideline to customer.

Now i know in certain occasion customer cancel many time, will receive sms as warning or thrown in low priority (very hard to get ride). That's why i said, why not follow Singapore rules on the penalization of customer cancellation, instead of screwing drivers around.

I know why they scare implement this cancellation fee, because customer will make noise for sure and the CS will not able to cope with all this. I would say head of Malaysia has no balls to implement thing to balance out, either way u can't please both side (Driver and customer). What piss off driver is the crap system and mechanism, which side too much on customer's side.

The only driver piss off Uber is the low fare without surge/boost, other than that u won't see much complain on other major issue. Rider cancelled = RM5, simple as that.
