Hurmmm.. insurance expired yesterday. Renewed a week earlier. Replied notification email with scancopy of new insurance cover note. But cant login yesterday. Called SC, informed had already replied with the covernote scancopy on 16/6.
Only to note that have to upload at the link they provide. Hmmm.. have to gantung kunci couple of days..
Maybe Monday only can online back..
Good to have a couple of rest days anyway. Else money money money only.

I don't think number masking ends immediately after job completion or after job cancellation.
Had few times received call from the masking numbers after I cancel booking for no show. That time already had another booking and driving towards the pickup location.

Often maprens made us wait right up to 5 minutes then they appear.

Dash cam alone cannot help.
Looking for cctv sort that can send out photo/video/voice to web account, and let it recorded, let someone we trust to check regularly and notice if we are in trouble.

I have a gps tracker installed that record my car movement. The gps comes with server to record my location as long as the gps has GPRS connection. Identification by the IMEI of the GPS tracker. Cheapest data account I use is by XOX - 28 months validity, after purchase of Season Pass, then set for 500mb per month.. (that's minimum available, usage maybe less than 50mb, the rest burned). Others would cost minimum rm30 to get active every month).

But haven't assign anyone to monitor yet.

Aiming to get DVR that can be hidden to be fed with a few cameras, and link to cloud storage.

Ryde has. Defined phantom bookings clearly in their Ryde's Terms of Use.

Should also include fare to pickup point la. Then if no show or passenger cancel, we get paid, ok la.
Hate it, to pick up at location nearby by radius, but almost 7km on road.

What to do, keep cancellation minimum, reserve for this kinds or other necessary cancellations.

Should penalize rider who fails to be at pickup area when driver arrive at locations like that. Else too many riders book while still way inside building, and only start to come out of the room when the message "driver arrived" comes out. other areas 5 minutes then charge if no show.

Had installed mycar rider app. and booked at usj21. got driver.
Then, while seeing the car appear to come close, suddenly got message, driver can't reach the location. AND CANCELLED.
What then? book again? Hmmm.. no la. cannot book also, maybe server problem.

Book Crapcar. Got driver, lady name.
Then got a call from number 016-299-xxxx familiar like Grab masking number. answwered. A man.. thought Aiii.. driver name lady, but man driver? asking location, just opposite side of road at the lrt entrance.. then get signal Grab Driver arrived. Called to check which one is the car. Aikkk, lady answered, and yes grab car bezza so and so. hop in. Go.

Then got call again from the 016-299-xxxx, telling MyCar already arrived.
What? That was cancelled before.
So, just informed that my booking was cancelled by driver or system before, cannot book again and had to book grab.

Registered Mycar driver, but still pending.

OK ka driving MyCar?

Almost always the case, once asked "where r u", dislike comes out. Get itchy to press cancel. But CR need to consider. if got bullet OK la to cancel.. so keep bullets for where they are really needed.

Very irritating, in truth.

If we are on Celcom, and we make or receive voice call, probably the mode will change from 4G to 3G or 2.5G, If so, our internet is temporarily disconnected during the call, and Grab cannot access our phone. if the time is long enough, THIS Grab says we are out of the area. And puts us back to end of queue upon reconnection.

Other operators, I'm not sure. But my experience is Celcom almost always switch to 3G during voice call.

So, to be safe is have another phone and setup as hotspot. The phone hosting Grab can access internet through itself or thru wifi.

Far pickup.. because grab only look at point-to-point distance, not the road path distance. Had a ping for pickup at klinik wawasan saujana puchong, when jus passed ayer hitam toll towards seri kembangan/kajang. Then only realize it is a long u-turn to get there, 11km according to waze. by ruler is about 1.5 km. messaged passenger that it's 11km away, sorry.. and stay still. passenger then cancelled.


During uber time, while SD, had info of next trip 11km ahead. OK la, pick up along the way. But kena also times then open the navigation, we just missed a junction, so have to make faraway u-turn. End up cancelling. And because of many cancelling, parnership terminated by uber.

Cant brain this. Once on the way back semenyih from KL, on SgBesi-Seremban. Got ping at TBS. On the way to TBS, lots of car standing towards the ramp to the Main Lobby. Are they just choosy or just that Grab ignore those who camp? BTW, the trip is quite along my way back to Semenyih.
