Secondly, I reach klia pick up point and called rider, the rider said he has already get another car and he app has issue. I told him to cancel. Later, when I back to landside, he can message me and ask me how much time needed to pick him up pulak. Can you see contradicting message here?

Yup i did aware that u still can receive message even though tider said he already cancelled. That happened because of the delay of message delivery. I dont know u guys but some of my rider made noise at me why i didnt read or reply their message. The problem was i never got their message and sometime message came in long after i started the trip.
Of course it was still could be a fake booking, however just very unlikely.
P/s: sometime i just wonder will we receive rider's cancellation notification immediately after they press cancel. Could it be the actual reason that we receive cancellation when we about to reach the pup because of the delay of notification?
