Super quiet in serdang area yesterday sunday, only catching small prawn inside hp block. I drive 9-11am, 1-3pm, 5-7pm total fares only rm116 but incentive rm53. Am I causing losses to grab like that? Coz rm116 commission took 25% = rm29, grab have to rugi paying rm24 to me. Correct me if im wrong..

Ya maybe but saturday still "super hot". I started 7-9am, go back tidur start back 12-8pm fares almost mencecah rm300. In between got big fish to putrajaya, cyberjaya and movenpick. Ignored 2~3 trips to bukit bintang, jalan imbi causing me need to chase back AR to get the incentives, 7pm kena tropicana city mall at sri serdang have to die die accepts but AR still 79.3%, used destination to send 1 girl from tiara condo to digital mall save my incentives AR 80.8%, drop off tutup apps fly back to serdang makan dinner. Lucky day for me but blood pressure naik to the max in the evening, if always chase like that i think my life will be shorten dying heart attack.

Rm52.96 to be exacted is the gross incentives deducted 25% commission liao. In between sometimes forgot to put back available before drop off made the online block = 59mins, incentives kena potong a few ringgit few cents, if online 44mins will only get half of incentives, if online < 30mins tarak incentives.

I think the enforcement of riders updating their real identity are going on. Slow ping for the past 2 days even inside green spot. In term of destination job assigning, grab is doing quite well and keep improving, on the way home of some lucky day, i'll get 3~4 jobs in 1 convenience directions, within 2 hours can get total fares enough to cover my 1 week petrol fees ady. Im not going to jumpship to mycar or what so ever unless im doing full time.

Sat Sun morning hp block gone, for the past 2 weeks so rajin wake up early weekend go sankala area pancing ikan bilis. Now weekend sleep until 11am only start lah like last time. Hg Partimer unless on leave or sacrifice dinner hours in the weekend else hard to get "good" incentives ady.

Mine all shown net after minus 25% . Need to remember press "available" back before drop off or customer cancel job on the way. If ignored a job in "lock" position u need to enable back within 1 minutes else online minutes will be minus out. And if wanna log out, press at XX:01. Short 1 mins grab will deduct 4%, if online < 30mins 0 incentive.

It wont happen that way, if do people will go offline right after finished a rm5 job using 30mins inside MP block to get rm10 incentive.

EG. (if 30 mins can get 50%)
incentive 1 job - revenue - 25% commission * 50%
rm32 - 5 = rm27 - 25% = 20.25/2 = rm10.125.

Kena partner service report for the first time, the other day took a indon girl looks like chinese and name like chinese. Greeted her using chinese also radio open chinese, near destination pop out "sana boss"!? drop off time tried to explain " u looks so fair, I sangka u chinese, selamat malam". Tomorrow rating drop 0.04, I thought maybe she wrongly heard " u looks so fat !!"

Customer complained you because not happy with your service, but not happy also no need rate me 1 star mah...not say i marah u with dirty words. They just dun know to cover back the -0.04 points have to wait for upcoming 100 5 stars rater...
