Wow..IoI city mall is a very hot place sat 6pm to 8pm, eventually after drop off a passenger 6:30pm want to go back dinner ady. Ignored a b2b job but got non stop ping every few seconds. Relluctantly park car at side see hopefully can get a near house job or not. Got ukm, desa pandan, kajang...all high fares 20~40+. Finally "choose" a puncak jalil job for rm21, ar drop like left 52% only but dun care lah..0 incentive for me this week stupid flexi.

Grab driver apps got update, shifted the panel to the bottom, the menu page will covered the whole page, feels like the old one better.

My AR shown weekly instead of daily in the incentive tab. Yesterday tried to start off using destination drive to get 2 jobs to pump up ar first then after drop off a rm8 job at kuchai lama within hp block purposely go up mex highway hope not to get job but in the middle kena imu to tealive sri petaling with distance 15km away . Accepted then cancel using reason "cannot reach at destination time", goes out toll seri kembangan hope can get ikan bilis job but kena grabshare to empire subang then followed by rm38 job to imbi. In 5,4,3,2.1....ignored those two jobs no hopes ady, AR dropped to 67% balik rumah and surrender the hg incentives around rm10. It's hard to get the hg incentive if u dun have enough time to collect AR bullets in order to ignored those unwanted jobs that will overwrite the incentives... But better than flexi 0 incentive, this week if no grabpay job need to use netpay to top up credit wallet ady.

Yaloh, hopefully under new govern, jpj have changed, else ever hear the word of "jpj" the first thing on people's mind will be "corruptions" aka "jia lui" or "duit minum teh".

Great for u, if not use destination drive or have to die die accepts the next job then keras keras cancel the job if really "unacceptable" to get your hard earned incentives.

Did govern enforce medical checkup for driver even under 50 years of age? That scariest for me, needs to sedut out 5 inch tubes of darah...eeek...If got ncb disc 55%, adding liability coverage for passenger car insurance just like around rm200~300 for a rm50k cars. Others things in 1 year time, take 1~2 days cuti to settle lah.
The objectives of govern adding these leceh stuffs to the complicity as a grab driver is to give chance a bit to taxi drivers lah, "some" of them are good and need to find rezeki of life by driving.

Ya MY taxi quite horrible. At serdang ktm station all park line up at the center, shout and bargaining with passengers for a fees not following meters. A rm7 short grab trip to my taman demand fees of rm15 ~20. Ended up all passengers calling grab ignoring the taxis...im once the 'victim' becoz cannot squeeze into rapid bus now become grab driver myself..

Better "prepare" your car before sent to puspakom, any fancy thing like light tinting, dark sunshade better remove first.

These regulations actually a mixed pros/cons for new drivers. Once commissions capped to 20%, new driver will pay less 5% to grab and earn extra rm50 every rm1k. 1 year rm50 X 12 = rm 600 already covered those psv + insurance + puspacom costs gua...just that leceh need to take cuti spend time to do these crappy stuffs only.

Most of the no passport foreigners scare to go out, even some kopitiam cannot do business because their workers have to "take leave" takut kena serbu. Have to go sri petaling, pj area to cari makan during last weekend, else only can get a few local ikan bilis trip in kampung baru serdang or upm student in sri serdang area.

Slowly will climb up 1 no need putus asa, i was climb from 3.50 now 4.9x. Slow down your driving dont sudden press gas or harsh braking. Some "lousy but working tips" from me:

- Greet customer before they greet u. Thank customer before they get off your car. If malay cust use "terima kasih","selamat .....".
- Receive cash and pay back change with two hands sambil "thankyu thankyu". If customer paid all rm1 notes, dun count in front of them like u trusted them, it will be low chances they pay u less.
- if customer send u msg must reply ok. Must send customer to destination point or "a bit further" unless customer request to drop off nearer.
- Dun act friend and interrupt if the group in their conversation, if u said something wrong they will be not happy.
- If charged toll must put in additional charges column, else later they look back customer receipt may misunderstanding u charged extra.
- Always fly fm or lite fm, dun open chinese radio for non chinese customer.

Got a news coming out from china press today saying that a grab driver punching an uncle.

For those whose doesn't know chinese, the story like this:
An uncle tried to "advice" a grab driver not to do illegal u-turn, kena punch at the face. Later the uncle's children angry and make the news big, then the grab driver kena pecat.

Always got these kind of busy body kacau orang cari makan 1, yesterday evening want to go in kuchai park but jam due pasar malam, so crossing the bhp station, 1 aunty came near asked to wind down window and said "please stop your engine while waiting in a petrol station else dangerous will meletup". I noded yeah yeah yeah and wind up the window but never "DIAO" her..

Okay sorry sorry auntie but where got people stop engine and start back while jamming in the que unless ada bezza/ new myvi punya eco idle or mazda punya i-stop.. later start engine time got spark not lagi dangerous meh if kena leaked gas "kedeboom"? By the way the auntie is a real kind auntie, 1 by 1 at the queing cars she knocking the windows and give advice, actually im 1 of drivers who 'patient enough' to wind down the mirror to hear what she wanna say, some others driver treated her 'invisible"..

For illegal u-turn i agreed it's dangerous but sometimes "terdesak" to do when in some "special situations", U will rasa "cari makan susah" when got kena customer cancelled 3~4 jobs in a row because cannot arrive on time when u stucked in super jam and made a 'lethal' wrong turned that need u to make a far far loop to come back, come back halfway customer ady cancelled .

But dont misunderstand me, I totally agree of "safety first, money second". Because life there is no take two, i once a motorcycle rider but quit because scared after an accident.

I also kena the same rider at same place same time, an arabian girl from panorama condo to universiti lrt rm5 trip, first time ok i arrived before she came down but tried to "jump off" the car near the teksi area when drop off. Second time i took wrong turn she immediate called me "where r u going, why shown 3mins arrive sudden change to 10mins??" I reply sorry wait a while, u can cancel if cannot wait, but she didn't, so i proceed go pup since i remember where she is, arrive time she halfway walk down but ignored me, i u turn balik and ask "r u calling a grab?" So she get in my car on the way nagging "as a grab driver u should be punctual, time is very important..."(damn im just late like 3 mins). This time i stop nicely at teksi bus stop to prevent she goes down at the middle of the road. End up got teksi infront and behind "kepung" me from going out. I goes down to move away the plastic divider and chiao to prevent late to office. Later afternoon rating terus downed -0.03. What a bad day for me, next time i see this b*t*ch name at this place, i will straight cancel with reason "accidently accepted wrong job" at all cost.
