Let's say it's mp slot, 8 am, they have rm15.50 credit. Kena a rm5 ping. 5 minit job, left 55 mins for mp slot with rm 14.50 credit.they can stay online for the rest of the 55 min with no incoming job because less than the minimum rm 15 required to get ping. So get top up incentive rm 27 just by doing that . Then at 9 to 10 am slot can cont remain same. 9.45 am top up rm 1 get another ping . Maximize incentive again .

For a start, if you really want to earn.opt for Ambassador/Hourly Guarantee, Be a DBKL(Kereta sampah), Accept all trips, maximize your online hours and complete all HP above hours. Then learn your areas, know when and where to ignore KLIAs. It's easier because you only focus on Trips per hour, not fare not pickup.

Don't give reasons like I only want do part time ,I only this only that. Flexi is for advanced drivers, not "flexible" if you want to earn. These drivers have a minimum 3 months experience in driving Hourly Guarantee. They know where the next ping come next, and where the next ping want to go or like to go. They are the master of time and areas.  Not as simple as "Ambil je RM10 ke atas" kinda non-sense. They follow by pickup distance, earning per km. I would take 1.2km for RM5, than 9.1km for RM10.

Don't say Grab tak boleh untung dah. Maybe it's just not for you doesn't mean for others. Why some people sell burger can make money, why some couldn't.

However I wouldn't suggest you to do full time too if you already have a comfortable or stable full time job. Know your leverage point.

Actually I have done some stalking survey as well for those bash Grab Uber non stop say kencing la this la that la. They can't even do well in life, one side bashes Grab, the other side looking for Security Guard job.

That's just his fares. Average RM5/trip. Since minimum fare is now RM5, that means to get that kind of average, all his fares have to be RM5. So, up to you whether want to believe? Even got average less than RM5/trip.

Or is this driver from another state? Other places other than KV still have RM3 minimum fare? Gua sudah outdated.

If you have decided to do flexi on that day,  you should be selective on the ping you accept...only accept those high fare trip and ignore all ikan bilis trip. You don't have to bother about the daily ar but you have to becareful on your weekly ar for not dropping below 30%

Myself would switch to flexi immediately once i ignore 4 pings and above. Usually i would not do more than 16 trips a day. Once 4 pings are ignored, i would be very selective on pings...sometimes i would just let the daily ar drop even less than 10%.

Yesterday 7pm in Sunway i got RM73 jobs, Multidrop off from Sunway > Puchong > Sunway total 24km complete in 50min or so.. after drop n online got another job RM22 from Sunway > PJ section 8 RM22 7-8km

All trip i check are 2x from original fare. I guess thats how flexi make money

Nowadays I find my net incentive is only about enough to cover the commision (20%)....so I guess is the same as those flexi 20% cashback type incentive. I guess Grab has new algorithm to equalize both driver type earnings (flexi and HG)..
