Riders couldn’t book easily & surged 1.8x for both jobs completed.

My rating has been dropping from 4.94 to 4.81, after CNY the traffic was so bad and i was getting job far away. Already told rider i need more than 10min pick up and they start to revenge on my rating. Good job to them :thumbsup:

My DR from .96 to .78 in 2week, reflecting unsatisfactory riders soared. Lately increasingly >15min to PuP & riders complaining hard to book.

Uber spend more to create more driver figure, in order to get higher percentage of share i guess.

yesterday got 1 rider from PPR kepong area. i reached as per gps. then he said he saw me and ask me go to the yellow block (which is behind me). i saw few yellow blocks and i need to make a turn and search for his block C.

so i tell him to look for me as i dont know the area

then this CB called me 'bangau and bodoh'. i replied him and say 'its okay, thank you' and just left. i did not cancel and wait for him cancel. actually i am on the way from my appointment and set the SD to go home, so i dont care.. only 10 mins later he cancelled

i mentioned this with my next rider. he seems understand and commented that rider should appreciate driver as giving a ride for them and very convenience..

From the past few months, i have changed alots my driving practice. never good to rider.. as long as i drive him safety to the set destination.

i dont want to do extra for crapcar or riders serious, not worth it.. later u spent time to search for the new pick up point and cannot find it, either he lost patience cancel it or give u a bad rating...

When stuck in traffic jam, i message ETA to rider also useless, they still cannot wait and cancel, worse still some cancelled halfway after u spent 10min on the road. Frustrating AF when u are chasing first job in incentive hour. I encounter 40min and yet no first job completed, twice in a row cancelled half way by knnccb rider, wasted me total 30min just for this 2 job which rider agreed upfront to wait for me.

No driver until go cari uni student, btw wish them good luck when fetching their uni mate
