I been driving for grab for more than a year and lately i got a problem on the driver app.....
My grab driver app problem....
after i open the grab driver app.....
there is login and sign up button..... i press login....
the app takes me to a google page with a message which reads
"500. There is an error!
That all we know at the moment." Please try again later.
when i press done, there is there is "dismiss" or "help"....
i press help, it bring me the grab help page for trouble shooting login for driver page
i have try the following solution but still cannot work.....
1.on and off my phone....and restart the app.... cannot work and same result
2.refresh my app function by pressing the home button twice and clear previous cache....cannot work and same result
3.change my ios play store login email to be the same as my grab driver registered login....cannot work and same result
4.call grab help center.... which happens to be difference customer service officer each time.... and ask me to repeat the above....
5.write in to grab customer service about my problem and their reply was to repeat the above step 1 to 2 and 3....
6. following the above chain of email, i email them back saying i have try the above and as of time of this post.... grab have not reply me yet
7. I have visited them at HQ office at Jaya one aka The school - 2nd floor, their customer service give me a number to wait and when it was my turn, their response was that this is app problem and requested me to go to 5th floor but the 5th floor will be closed on weekends.....
As i cannot login and do have a full time job.... i have not manage to get to their Jaya one office at the 5th floor,,,,,
Anyone in the same situation as me on the above....
For record, my current grab driver status is 4.97 rating and there is money in my grab wallet and credit.... but as i cannot login to my grab driver i cannot do much as the moment....my car is 2017 car .... As far as i am concern there is nothing wrong on my account status for driver....
I suspect its a bug on the app which it will take some time before they manage to clear it...... mean time i did thought of re registering myself as a driver as i do need the income..... no point me waiting for them to fix the problem to gimme back my account
Any sifu here can help? or share and comment on the above.... as without login in i got no income at the moment....

If this problem happened after u updated the crappy driver app, then nothing much u can do because it is definitely a crap problem. They never tested their app before release. That is why i dont recommend drivers update their app immediately upon release.
If this problem happened suddenly even u didnt update the driver app, then it could due to some changes in your phone, for example, some critical aystem apps has been auto updated hence caused a compatibility issues. So u may want to disable the auto update function of your phone.
Let's say If u didnt update the driver app, then u may try to uninstall whatever updates on critical system app or undo whatever u did on the phone system. However these may need some expertises. Of course, the most easiest way is just do a factory reset.
Personally i suggest u to get a cheap phone solely for driving crap. Disable the auto updates feature and dont fix anything if it aint broken.
