Guys, so anyone got problems with the incentives tab not matching with job history? For me got some missing in incentive blocks, also got some extra trips (that was cancelled by customer) added for incentives. Jan 8 morning

im really dint remember i have picked up the same rider. if have there is not picked up same rider over 2 times, otherwise i will sure remember about this.

as i know, there is not only me have this issue.

They must have some other criteria to determine whether u r a suspect in gaming or not. For example, how many times do u pick the same rider in a certain period? Does the pup or dop always the same? Does the fare always minimum? Does the rider always get your car whenever they book a ride?

Looks like grab just pick any driver randomly, setup allegations to deny the driver of incentives.

I have been denied of one week incentive estimated worth RM270, on allegation that I'm using non-genuine driver app.

Have complained, emailed.. last email from crap is we escalated to top management.

So, everyone, just be prepared to be gamed by crap

Agreed with u.. I also from part time change to suka hati time.. Hahaha.. Just keep the account active will do, and do it when really free with high incentive blocks to get some pocket money..  Relaying on it to feed family will be very tough as too many ccb ridersss..

That day pick up a rider who said will give 1 star to all driver, especially female driver if dont know how to read the gps and if make any wrong turn.. I tell him nicely that driver may not familiar with ur area as driver have to pick the previous rider to others unfamiliar area and then will have ping coming in after drop off.

Not the driver suka suka go your place to cari makan, driver r been force to online to earn enough and hope can get the next rider back to own destination.. Why not give a chance if to rate 5 stars to motivate and driver can keep on learning to familiar with others area.

The next day after increase another 5 ppl who rate me but my dr drop by 0.01.. Belief is that rider rate me low also as i make a wrong turn when picking him up.. Make him have to walk a few steps to go over a divider to get in my car..

This type of rider thought all the drivers is expert.. And thought the peanut money he pay is very "valuable".. Let imagine if majority of driver fed up with ehailing and minimise the time to drive, they will use normal teksi service which have to pay more and yet jika complaint ini complaint itu, sure the taxi driver will open door to kick him out... Haha..

My fare rm16,  demand rm24.  Haha

So many times already I pick up the same rider twice.

This afternoon get SMS again, "Thank you for being a Grab Lembu! More grass next week!"

I beg to differ. 4th job is no charity, with certain condition. 5th is. Generally, aiming for 3 jobs an hr is a sweet spot for managing time n stress. 4 job an hr is doable but more stress as u need to "line up" your riders.
For 4th job, anything RM8 and below is doable because of the incentive table structure irregardless if this HP UP or MP. Anything above RM8, u need to make smart decision based in location n time.
E.g.
Scenario 1, 1st block and 2nd block u made 7 trips because u took 4th job in the 1st block
VS
Scenario 2, 1st block and 2nd block u made 6 trips by being in the sweet spot.
Comparing both scenario, it's better to take 4th job to make a total of 7 trip and earn extra RM8, plus the extra AR

Days ago someone here posted that his week worth of incentives just got burned.
And reason for it was that driver picked up rider more than twice a week.
Hence the discussion so far.

For Uber, just do it online. Upload your new insurance to their website. If your insurance company sends you a PDF, even better. Upload the PDF to them.

For Grab, based on complains from drivers... It's better you go to their office or kiosk to submit your new insurance. Someone here complained before that he upload new insurance to Grab online 1 or 2 weeks before his insurance expired, but Grab did nothing, then suspended his account.

I give constructive advice all the time. Just depends on whether the reader understands it or not.

Investigate what? I picked up the rider, stuck in jam for 1 hour, and drop off kuai kuai like a good cow, but they still not happy?

Nowadays really hard to play HG. Now in Penang we don't have Flexi as an option. It used to be the 3rd trip kena tendang jauh or some jerung fare which burns the incentive. Now, 2nd trip ad kena.

Now this raining has made a lot driver stop driving at peak hour, causing the surge goes up to 2.5 times, i suspect the surge 2.5 times is the maximum.

Most of the time the surge stop around 2 times. But still a lot driver will not enter KL city area at friday night.

Ytd my friend pick up an rider (Uber) from KLCC to Bukit damansara took 1hr 25 mins to complete with Uber, fare for Uber is RM40+. For Grab, goes until RM37-40 only. Range is about 10km. I do ask him to do review fare and make it RM50+ based on 1.6 surge and longer time.

Meaning to say that Grab cap at max RM4+ per km while Uber is much higher. Clearly to say that at this jam hour, no one will accept this job. Imagine taking u 1.5 hrs, net earning for Grab is just RM30+ and it hourly earning net RM20 only.

Monday to thursday after 7pm u can enter, the congestion wasn't so bad, many left KL and heading back home. U can clearly see traffic heading out of KL at that time.

NPE is longer, the jam is from Pantai hospital until there. Uber won't get from rider, they will rugi on that job.

My last job to complete cash back was a shemale. Not only cheapskate. Use RM4 promo code with RM5 ride till hisher block. I said wanna drop himher at security but heshe said need walk too far...if this is not my last ride, I will kick hisher butt out of my car. When I first call himher when I reach pickup, heshe ask u Kereta apa? When heshe in my car, heshe ask I Ada pakai promo x??? Heshe not a bitch but a whore

Normally, I would be no problem to drive inside condo/flat/apartment area to their block, since often their blocks are quite a distance to walk to. I consider myself if have to walk the distance in this mid-age. Only problem in flats areas often the cars leave only enough space to pass thru, and sometimes difficult to get out.
But the security ask to wait outside, good too.
