My Xmas eve JP hour they only counted 8 minutes online and got 0 incentives for 2 trips.

Quite sure I am getting b2b requests in every trip and online the whole time.

Just now incentives in and got RM 0 for that hour.

Last week GC payment team emailed me saying the incentive on Nov 23 will be credited to my cash wallet... in the evening indeed it was credited but lesser, just rm3 only. So I replied them about the difference... and the balance again credited a few hours later  
Then the next 2 days they top up RM25 again into my cash wallet... the cash wallet transaction shows reward for Nov 23 incentives... I just kept quiet only, see if they will take it back

Thanks, well, already feedback accordingly. Just more data for them to find out what cause these issues so it gets patched asap. Less hassle for us to check 1 by 1 if bug-free.
