Imho, if your dr:

4.90 - 5.00 : Completely normal, nothing to worry about.
4.85 - 4.89 : Could be just a bad luck because of a few mcb riders.
4.80 - 4.84 : Something maybe not right with u.
<4.80 : definitely u r the problem.

Of course the 1st 100 rating means nothing because of the calculation flaw.

- first time went in. Basically normal stuff like high CR, low DR, low AR.
- lots on gaming the system like "no accept" multi times and then accept big fare trip (System will detect your pattern), passenger asked to cancel and reported, modified apps, self book, booking with friends at a static location etc.
- They shared on new feature auto accept
- They shared new feature passenger no show, won't increase your CR anymore. (Was told applied already since 25th April.

reach pup, press "I'm here", send a message like "Hello I'm here".
Note the time stamp of "Hello I'm here" message
(Grab today said the 5 minutes count down is started when you press the white "I'm here" button.)
time stamp + 6 mins (avoid few seconds error) I will cancel with passenger no show and drive off.

Grab's shared way in class:
reach pup, press "I'm here", send a message like "Hello I'm here".
Call driver at least once.

Reached the 5 mins mark, send a message indicating that you are going to cancel because passenger no show.
go offline
take screen shot of chat with time stamp you saying you're going to cancel because passenger is not seen with the time stamp of +5 mins of your arrival to pick up location.
Cancel as passenger no show.
Save screenshot for homework after driving for the day and report each passenger with screenshot.
go online back and continue driving.

Grab will record your timestamp of when you press "I'm here", when you make a call and when you cancel as passenger no show. Grab will detect through GPS if you're at pick up location as well.
I was temporary suspended because my CR is around 15% for 2 weeks in a row. They said system will detect and temporary suspend if CR 10% and above and you're the top 5% highest CR. in 24 hours will get my account reactivated back.

Good thing this passenger no show thing comes in, will help not increase my CR for nothing. Sad thing is no compensation for cancelling. They did say they are experimenting in Singapore for passenger no show compensation, no news if intro in Malaysia yet.

Probably but the ping came really much faster than when i was a flexi. I was in flexi since day 1 of crapping and I am familiar with the area i went today so i could really tell the difference.

Big surge need to be hunted one and it doesnt necessary happens only in redspot zone. I caught one and it was not in a redspot zone, RM80++ for 40km++.

i follow waze which use longer route, AKLEH, ard 11.5 km, which i also rugi because fare only RM10

when i passed by highway, they they say why i use this route, because is longer. i said i just follow waze as this hour is very ham. they show me sour face

once drop off, the lady just gave me RM10, i say toll RM2.50 need to pay..

true enough, 1 star for this case, my rating dropped from 4.95 to 4.91.

For me its okay, i never did wrong and in fact i complained this case to crap. as usual, they reply in less than 30 minutes with standard reply

the crapcar rating i dont care because most rider are okay. and i dont driver full time, if really kena ban, i just stop.

Wow last week I received 1 partner service report and 1 cleanliness report. Both are first time for me in nearly 1 year driving for Grab.

If I accidentally touch Pickup, and then the riders never show up, what can I do?

Wanna ask HG sifus, let's say if i do one RM10 job in MP hour and i set my destination in the last 5min of the hour. A RM30 job come in immediately and i accept it. So what is my total hourly revenue for incentive calculation now? RM10 or RM40?
