whats the issue?

Seems like destination for rider 1 and 2 are far apart. Usually GS I got are quite nearby to each other

is normal, not unusual. only criteria for GS is that the destination has to be 'on the way'. after first dropoff at sunway looks like you can easily take NPE or KESAS to the 2nd rider destination.

The question here is how Crap determines "on the way". To me, it seems like "on the way" is L shaped

My case normally all nearby.the most unusual one i got is like this:-

Pickup A at Masjid Jamek
Pickup B at Shaw Parade
Drop B at Leisure Mall
Drop A at Seri Kembangan
