This case is very unfortunate much much worse......
once dropping at KLIA, then proceed to waiting area, once reach got queuing number, less 300, after 30 minutes, when the number read 220, got call from dropped off passenger who happened to dropped wallet in the car....... cause the trip was using Credit Card, rider dun know the wallet dropped..... may be sleeping in the car during the long trip and once reach just go off...
There are few ways of solution on this :
- Ask rider to book car from KLIA to waiting area to retrieve the wallet, then book again back to KLIA. Will take 1 hour back to KLIA. Driver maintain the queuing number. Extra jobs for other driver, and make the queue number run faster.
- Book a trip from waiting area to KLIA and inform the driver to look for car number XXXX who just drop him off to retrieve the wallet and make way to KLIA.- Drive out from waiting area and forfeit the queuing number and deliver back the wallet to rider at KLIA. Then demand fares from rider, side deals. Then risk of being report by rider to CS for demanding extra fare.
The case was resolved on the 3rd as rider need IC to board the plane and is certain that he will get the wallet back using the fastest route. Rider is a guys and no issue. Problem was once reach KLIA cant locate him, and car can not wait there without drive inside some more the number called is masked number, cant reach the rider on where the exact location. The area is so large.
Then by chance able to saw him from the distance cause I know he is botak.... quickly run down and passed to him.
By right, the correct way is the 1st because it follow all rules as set by the system. if this happen in SGP. This is SGP way.
