Hi fellow grabbers bro, new rookie partimer here. Yesterday no 4th day driving, kena 1 trip from abdullah hukum to a place call kenanga whole city stuck in jam from 2:15pm to 4:05pm !! rm11 only. Not only jam and super hot day, aircond max still hot, rugi to the max trip...sigh.

1. Sifus, for grab driver android app, why got two 'power buttons'?
I see that only if both are on, then only we will accept passengers (correct me if wrong), so what does the middle power button do? What does the left power button do?

2. Also, if i opt in for hourly guarantee, for example, in one block the incentive is RM40 for 4 trips, but if i earn RM45 in that block, it means i wont be getting any incentives le la? Then if i earn RM30 for 4 trips, Grab will give me RM10 incentive?

Not many high fare around on 2nd day of raya. Luckily i decided not to do flexi style.

6 hours of driving, Fare rm210 + incentive 100. Travelling distance 150km. So Time kpi = rm52 per hour, distance kpi = rm2.1 per km. Good enough already for me.

Eh? When u guys said about incentive amount, it meant net incentive? I thought it was a gross amount.

Today much better, getting RM183 fare and incentive RM9 for 3.5 hrs drive.

Can get gross per hr more than RM50, morning really good time to drive

I have this trip like this. An African, I waited at bank for 10 minutes, I went off, don't care, although I loss the fare. He called me after that. I don't want to pick up. He make me suffer so long waiting there, wasting my time and fuel. Fare only RM6!

Reach at loc i press "Arrive", then she message me "OK i'm cuming now"
Waited for 5 mins message her again and reply same answer.
Last2 press noshow and leave ....

Before drop off at Maybank, told me just need 1 minute will settle the transaction. Waited more than 5 minutes then only came out. Apologies to me that only one machine is function. Lying again.... If the fare is just RM5-6, I will strictly go off, wasting time waiting this stupid! It's RM17, no choice, else loss a lot.

Second drop off point, Tiara Mutiara Service Apartment, go to different place, lying third time!

Next time, I will do smart if multipoint drop off I will check whether go to Bank or not. If do so will strictly cancel, wasting time to wait this stupid black human! Not even given any tips! All Africans come to Malaysia wash 'BLACK MONEY'!

Hi guys. New here. I just started HG yesterday. I checked on incentive tab. I completed a trip on P block. And i receive only 11rm gross incentive. While it written there 19rm-35rm. I also completed a trip to klia on UP block but not getting any incentive. May I know what i did wrong? All online in 1 hour during each said block

that also if u managed to get a single ping at cyberjaya    that place is not its used to be already.....riders there migrated to MyCar, as chances to get request for MyCar is higher

Guys how do we report fake booking in the app? Or we can only report that by calling the service centre?

I got 3 consecutive bookings tonight from ascenda residence @ skyarena (setapak) but twice passenger no show after informing me they’re coming (by call and text). Third time i just ignore and try to move away from that area before go online again
