Guys, just say the total riders pax is more than 4 people, what should I do if I don't want to pick them up once I reach them?

If I cancel trip, what option do I choose? -  Do they have for "Too many passengers". Also will this type of cancellation and "Passenger No-Show" cancellation affect my Cancellation Rate?

Saw that, after 6 months and there is no clear guideline given by any e-hailing company or government until now.

I suspect government and e-hailing company is trying to negotiate something in the back. Government want to show who is the boss now by firing this shot, impossible JPJ officer giving this saman as they like without higher authority consent.

This time driver is smart to make recording, if they don't compensate them, i'm sure boycott will widespread at Penang for sure.
