Yes, only thing that should be changed is the shutter-speed (which is automatically done when you do bracketing on the exposure value compensation).

Same location as in? Usually i use intervalometer, set bracketing and let it shoot 9 frames ( from -4 to +4 ) and processed using Photomatix Pro. I use single point focus, select the focus point in the viewfinder and the camera does the rest, ie shooting 9 frames continuously.
It depends on your subject, mostly are landscapes and buildings which i usually shoot at F/8-F/16. So, most will be sharp. Best if mount it on tripod la..

HDR, always my favourite.. Here's some of my recent shots during backpacking in NZ

Hi, first time trying on the HDR...interesting technic..
Using my Sony NEX-3 and processed by Photomatix
SONY Lens DT 50mm/f.18
bracketing shoot at -2 EV, 0 EV, +2 EV..3 frames
ISO1600
