Good for own stay and future investment.

Bukit jalil will be next booming area after Mont Kiara..Pavillion 2 will be next to your doorstep..

What u need more??

Mr Agent, what is your definition of "next to your doorstep"?...from the actual site....it wont be Pavilion 2...but nearby with walkable distance is SME factories and low cost flats....

i went to the sales gallery today. i think if for own use still ok and compare between freehold properties, the project consider reasonable.

Z residence is cheaper & other condo price at this location is almost the same since 3-4 years ago, good for own stay, easy access to kesas

Freehold under residential tittle but the worst part at Bukit Jalil haha show unit very nice got 4 or 5 layout

I wanted low floor, so the SA gave me this level 7. Layout was not bad, squarish design; price is a lil high. I have seen PV Oug & Bintang Residence which is much cheaper but the density is 1000+ units at least and got Rumawip n some low cost apartment together. sweat.gif

I stay with my parents in Sri Petaling, so the area i know quite well, you can go many places. Still surveying.

I received a whatsapp from the the developer saying they have Satay Party this Sat. I still considering whether wanna take up the 1200sft or 1500sft. Any opnion?
