Went to the showroom, impress with the design and also the wet kitchen, but RM780 psf, I think it's overpriced.

Checked it out, the smallest unit 903sqft priced at 634k.....so around 702psf. For a freehold, low density, residential title; sounds not too bad. They have show unit for this, looks very good.
