Indeed, there are many on-going projects there as well.
Although very congested, but BJ area consider one best location surrounded by many major highways and shortcuts. Anyway, no matter how good is that the area will still very crowded during peak hours.
We are talking the EKVE and coming MRT2 construction as well.

well i guess this what the pricing are for this area when its low density condo... haha... even given 10% discount... also around RM750 psf.... quite pricey... wondering is this freehold...

wah stiff competition to fight for tenants coming 4 yrs in BJ. So many projects.
Ok la play blue ocean strategy. Open laundry or sell chapfan.

Correct. The road to LRT jam every morning due to cars parked by the road side causing 2 lanes become only 1 lane.
