Easiest is create a BSA in CIMB (no fee or annual charge) and then use that to create. Then your CC and Lazada card all in one account.

Basic Savings Account. Bank Negara requires that all banks offer this. No annual fee, no debit card, no atm card. Just an account.

1.i login into cimb clicks and applied Basic savings account without annual fees
2. It'll ask me to select a branch to collect atm card. Print out confirmation slip n bring to branch to continue
3. At branch u closed my air Asia savers account (RM15 per year), n activated atm debit card for my basic savings account 1 (no af)

Don't always look at the cash back only.
CIMB CC can give you discounts on some dining places, eg a family meal at Sheraton / Hilton may already save you 10 years SST.

Kiam siap mentality will be different. Instead of family meal at Sheraton/Hilton go and eat at your favourite chinese restaurant you spend less than half (for better food). Better than CIMB discount.

Okay, so my credit card application for CIMB Visa Signature is being processed. I earn about 60k (which is the min. salary requirement) and was advised by a rep from CIMB to apply for it - I applied at the bank. Anyway, I always do a credit check every 3 months or so and saw that my current CIMB CC application (was requesting) for was a credit limit of RM2000 only. So, was wondering if I was approved will I only get a limit of RM2k in my CIMB Visa Signature (which I am aware is just super weird) OR did they purposely put a "lower" credit limit for easy approval and will be given a normal credit limit after? Hope my question makes sense.

I am aware that there could also have been a typo on their end and if so, what is the usual minimum credit limit given for Visa Signature?

You can only apply if your Clicks account was created from savings account, not CC. Their system stupid. Need to go branch to settle. Source, happened to me.
