My sources said it won't be cheap coz its cbu. Moreover they are thinking whether to bring in the AMG model. It will be marketed differently from the c class. The BMW 1 series is not any cheaper than the 3 series.

How expensive will it be approximately?

i would rather get E class then

it supposed to be lower price range than C class.

i could consider to get one in australia and bring it back to malaysia if possible(with of course reasonable cost)

A200 with AMG trims look decent and attractive - any idea how much it is going for?

I can tell you for sure the VW SC is just a typical malaysian managed style - paying premium but getting shitty service.

it will be very interesting to see how they price this as i look at it as MB trying to penetrate into the hot hatchback market for youngsters.

I am keeping my eye on this - if the A200 can be priced below 200k it will be very interesting indeed.

i am driving mk6 tsi - it is a wonderful car to drive so much so that i kept thinking should i keep it - no prize for guessing why i am considering to let go.

it really depends on how the car drives - 190k i might even look at golf gti already so no answer for now biggrin.gif

A200 if sell below 200k Definately is a good call, but I doubt that, because 180 will be selling much cheaper.

that y i say depend. some think no worth to get a hot hatch @ 180-200k such like me.
if tat price, i confirm go for VW passat / MB 180 (last year discount model) and so. more practical usage.
