Ambank is asking 2 years epf and bank statement for new card application, is this normal? feel like I am applying for personal loan 

The golden lounge voucher from ambank enrich is missing from my app mhprivillege section after i reached enrich gold. It was there before this. Anyone has similiar issue? Also, on the MH App, it still shows the old tier need 60 for gold and 100 for platinum. However on the web browser, it is correct.

I just received my Ambank Enrich card after more than 1 month since I applied for it. Took so long, not sure why, maybe a huge backlog? Anyway, for those who have it, how long did your enrich status show the new tier? For example, if you had 55 points before, you'd be Silver but with this card, you'll be in Gold tier. My enrich profile shows the 30% reduction and co-brand but the tier is still stuck at the old tier which is Gold. I've called and also emailed enrich to ask about it and was advised to just wait.

Both app and website shows the old status which is Gold. It already shows the 30% reduction in both but status still not changed.

I didn't receive SMS or push notification when I used my card either. Very unsafe. Also, ambank CC memang cannot see pending transactions kah? Hard to know if a charge has been recorded. I used my card a few days ago and the charges are still not reflected and I can't see the pending transactions unlike with Maybank. First time user of ambank card because I just got the enrich card.

I can see pending transactions after using my Maybank card. It has been very useful to show as proof a charge has gone through when a merchant says it didn't. I think I will just use the ambank card for airline tickets and overseas transactions.

Do they automatically upgrade or need to request? I'm currently 21 Blue, considering if I should apply just to fast track to Silver

Does Silver perks applies to +1 that fly with me even though I am not the one who buys the flight ticket?

What card is good for use locally , except maybank plat AMEX and HLB VI for EM

point and cashback also can, but now i see no longer any cashback card is feasible since ocbc titanium get slashed,
looking for no capped on point and cashback,
main spending on utility and online transction.

RM4/EM look low for me

Benefit 6 – Loss of Credit Card
If an Insured Person’s credit card is stolen during the Insured Person’s Overseas Trip and the Insured Person has suffered monetary Loss from the fraudulent use of that credit card, We will pay for such Loss.

Exclusions Applicable to Benefit 6
We will not pay for any Loss:
1. if the theft of the Insured Person’s credit card is not reported to the Insured Person’s credit card company within three (3) hours of the time of theft; or
2. if the Loss can be recovered from any other source.

Anyone else have this issue where despite meeting the requirements under the lower Ambank VI requirements they still recognise you as gold as opposed to Platinum?

Update to my card dispute of RM 2700+:

They are rejecting the dispute because of no police report, which I was not allowed to make once I have left the city the crime happened in.

FFS, AmBank could learn from other big banks like UOB and Maybank, send SMS and notifications as soon as a spend happens kan?

my personal experience with ambank isn't too bad.
everytime when i swipe my card on airline, i always get a call after the 2nd transaction to verify the transaction.

but rejecting ur dispute simply without the police report is ridiculous...
