Actually AmBank True cashback is not FCFS, why the rush though? I usually only spend on 27th/28th of the month.

Hmm.. Dec 2021 cash back only got on 29th Jan, Jan 2022 cb only got on 18th Feb, Feb cb only got on 21st March. March cb was slightly earlier on 12th April.

FD has to be there and it is your credit limit. Once you withdraw your FD, your card will be cancelled too.

I just realized my existing VI is from Islamic entity and not conventional. My conventional is only the True Visa which has lower salary requirement than Enrich VI. Hopefully they will approve my application.

OK, AmBank called me for verification purposes. Hopefully my card will be approved. The officer said should be OK. Just in time for my next trip to Bangkok in three weeks time.

This GL voucher can be used for the Regional GL right? Last time I was there it was not too bad compared to the one at the satellite building.

I applied via the app, and two days after my application, a sales executive based in Menara AmBank emailed me to check my availability so she could call me to proceed with the formalities. I replied, and she called me back the same day.

If anybody would like her contact, can PM me. I don't know her, but she emailed me, and her details are in the signature.

She sent me: "Ms xxx have apply AmBank Enrich Visa Infinite at website , What is the preferred time to call you for Credit Card confirmation ? "

So, I guess she is one of those who picks up applications on the app and website.


Also, my card is not yet approved, I haven't seen anything yet.

I'm super disappointed by AmBank's efficiency, I wanted to add the Enrich VI and applied since last month 23rd July. Until today still no progress though I have been following up almost every week, one officer called me just now and told me they have a huge backlog and no definite time when my application will be processed.

Is this true?

That's fast. I also applied mine via app and got the verification call 3 days later, then the progress has been so slow...

I'm totally speechless by their service. I don't know what are they doing.

Yeah, I told them already that if it’s so difficult then don’t process.
For GL, I do get from my business class long hauls usually but for short haul I go for economy, so GL vouchers look good. Maybe I will stick to PPF instead. Oh Enrich Money, I will look into it.

I do have HLB VI as well, it’s already not that competitive and I can’t believe it’s worse than HLB VI.

Finally I got an update yesterday that my Enrich VI is approved. This is certainly not a good experience.
