Trans fat is the absolute worst, shouldn't even be in your diet
Unsaturated fat is better than saturated fat, especially poly unsaturated (means more than one double bond per molecule)

That's why I don't drink milk nowadays.

Been so long since I last purchase HL milk.

During my papa time our family can still afford HL milk back in the 90s.

But when come to my time we can no longer afford the same lifestyle.

I failed as a sole bread winner to the family.

Nope. Margarine is nothing more than hydrogenated palm oil. It's artificial.
Real butter is real ... original cow fat. Priced around ~ RM9-15 per 250g pack.

The cheaper Buttercup and other cheap butters < RM8 are adulterated butter.
They contain a high proportion of soft margarine.

Real butter is the best, inc clarified butter i.e. (real) ghee.
Read the labels properly when purchasing butter/ghee to diffferentiate between original and artificial mix.

I also cannot afford HL milk.. Nowadays 1L cost like 7 bucks.. Used to cost like 3 bucks and ate with cereals like a boss during childhood.

But.. U know what. HL milk is expensive than those australian milk new zealand german milk in singapore

And HL milk is from malaysia milk company

I rotate my milk brand, each brand has its own taste. Recently I like Summerfield for fresh milk.
