Got the exact same TG today and I am surprised and satisfied. Bought with RM41 from 11street and it is full glue like other big brands like HAO and DOME. no touch problem at all 

But I think it is price error from the seller as I see he sells RM99 at shopee and lelong. 
But I lucky got it as reduced price   

and also it is case-friendly. Fit into my Spigen rugged armor

Samsung should have gone with that metaphor, but they didn't. I forgive them as long as they release a solid version of Oreo for our Note 8 with no bugs 🤣😂

ya. nowadays i prefer stability over anything else

unlike my college days.. flash roms/mod here and there with my older phones

those were the fun days.. but its over now

now even if i have the time, i wont bother. already grew up and accepted that a phone is a phone and not a gadget to abuse

I remember the time when I was flashing roms like changing underwear on my S2. At one point, I even overclocked my S2, it crashed but I later adjusted and tweaked the settings and it ran stable after. Fun times, yo.

custom rom and custom kernel, OC/UC to the max, xposed, mod sys files here and there

then starting from note 5, still rooted but running full stock

note 8 = bone stock without root at all haha

even accepted to live with certain things that i dont like with samsung experience (emoji part)

but at least oreo it will be a more understandable emoji

I have a bad dream last night, i was dreamed i put my Note 8 behind my jeans pocket and i sit down on floor, when i standup and take out the phone i found my phone has cracked badly! I was awakened and realized it just a dream, WTF!!! 

We pretty much walked down the same path. The last phone I have rooted was my S7 Edge which I use as my secondary phone. Even though rooted, I am running stock samsung Rom, pretty much like your Note 5.

My Note 8 is without a doubt stock standard.

ya starting from note 5, earlier i did try custom roms, but it just doesnt feel stable

then since i tripped knox, i just run stock + root haha

but note 8 i plan to keep knox and utilize spay + other benefits (also no need worry about safetynet restricted apps after rooting)
